Our Custom Veterinary Surgical Models can be used for Trade shows, Medical Device demonstration/training, Education, Research, Pre-op planning and Procedural Planning
Our workflow for creating your models:
Our team will meet with you on a Teams/Zoom meeting to determine your requirements, needs, and purpose for the model. We also show visual mock draft or any past work we have done to get aligned with your team's vision on the project.
Next our engineers will take any CT scans, CBCT scans, MRI datasets, DICOM files, STL files, or our proprietary anatomical library to design and edit those files to adapt it to your requirements.
If there are any special add-ons or modifications (such as allowing for catheter insertion into the model), our engineers will design and build this out into the model.
Once the design is finished, we would get your team's approval prior to manufacturing and printing. Manufacturing does not occur until your team approves. We will work with your team to adjust the design to meet your vision.
After designs are approved, the designs will be printed. Post processing (such as sanding & curing) will occur after. Then any add-ons such as coloring, can be incorporated for the final touches.
Models also have the option to be put into a protective hard case that has contouring foam to protect the model.
Once all this is finished, the model will be shipped to your team.
